What To Expect
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early. Classes include instructor demonstrations, hands-on practice, and skills testing. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to kneel or work near the floor. Contact us before class if you need an accommodation.

How long does a class take?
Class length varies by course and will be shown with each available class date before you register.
When will I receive my certification card?
Certification cards are issued electronically after successful completion. Delivery timing depends on the course and will be explained during class.
Can I register someone else for the class?
Yes. Select “Book for someone else” during registration and enter the participant’s information. The participant receives the class confirmation, while the purchaser receives the payment receipt.
What should I bring to class?
Bring your registration confirmation and a valid photo ID. Any additional course-specific instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
Do I need previous CPR of first aid experience?
No previous experience is required unless a specific course listing states otherwise. Renewal students and first-time participants are both welcome.
