How CPR From Home Works
• Step 1 – Complete the Online Course: After registration you receive access to the required online learning portion which can be completed at your own pace.
• Step 2 – Receive Your Training Kit: CPR Safety 411 ships a CPR training kit or arranges local
pickup including a CPR manikin and materials needed for the skills session.
• Step 3 – Join the Zoom Skills Session: Participate in a 30–60 minute private Zoom session
where an instructor evaluates CPR, AED, and First Aid skills.
• Step 4 – Receive Certification: After successful completion you receive your official certification eCard.
Certification Options
• Heartsaver CPR/AED – Covers adult CPR, AED use, and choking emergencies.
• Heartsaver First Aid + CPR/AED – Includes CPR/AED plus bleeding control, allergic reactions, and common First Aid emergencies.

The CPR From Home option allows individuals across the region to complete certification with a live instructor even if they are not located near a classroom training site.
Participants complete the online course, receive a CPR training kit, and demonstrate skills during a live Zoom session with a certified CPR Safety 411 instructor.
