Thank You for Taking CPR Training Seriously

We appreciate the focus and effort you brought to class. CPR and First Aid skills save lives — and being prepared matters. These are skills that can truly make the difference between life and death.

Most certifications issued through CPR Safety 411 are provided through the American Heart Association and follow current 2025 guidelines.

Some long-standing client organizations require certification through alternative nationally recognized training programs. If your class was conducted under a different program, the delivery process will follow that organization’s standard procedures.

Your certification will arrive electronically.

After your certification has been issued, we will send a brief follow-up email confirming that cards have been sent and providing helpful reminders.

When Will I receive my eCard?

Digital certification cards are typically issued within a few business days (allow up to 5)

• Most participants will receive an email directly from the American Heart Association — not CPR Safety 411.

• Search your inbox for “eCard” if you don’t see it right away.

• Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If your class was issued through a different nationally recognized training program, your certification will be delivered according to that program’s standard timeline.

Once certifications have been issued, you will receive a confirmation email from CPR Safety 411 letting you know they’ve been sent.

If you have not received your certification after 5 business days, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
